The rooms are tidy and accommodating with the shower and the comfortable beds, for instance.

The staff is extremely helpful, the room is a nice size and brand-new.

The brand-new hotel was fantastic. New-fashioned & top-notch unit with easy access to freeway, microwave plus a great view. Had excellant service. Fairly nice experience there.

Top-notch rooms with large bathroom, walk-in closet, a fold out bed, always extremely accommodating and amazingly nice stuff.

The spacious room comfortably accommodated our family of 6, offering great value. The well-appointed room had comfortable bedding and was kept very clean. The hotel's breakfast catered to everyone's taste, and they had coffee available all day and even in the early mornings. The water bottle dispenser was a convenient eco-friendly option, allowing us to reuse our containers. Additionally, the hotel provided free bikes for guests to use, which was a fantastic option.

We recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Coeur d'Alene with our two young children. The location was perfect, as it was close to many restaurants and just a short walk away from the downtown area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice seating area and a separate sleeping area. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who provided great recommendations for our travels. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. it was a wonderful experience.

The only downside was that we could hear some noise from the room above us during the night.

Favourable location in the dog friendly area, really close to good restaurants, Starbucks and great cookies at Bear Paw Cookies, and the lake. Contemporary and top-notch room complete with couch, a great view and the shower.

Our family of four had a comfortable stay at Springhill Suites. The breakfast had plenty of options, including gluten-free and non-dairy. We appreciated the personalized service from housekeeping and front desk staff. We had a noisy night due to inconsiderate guests, but the staff addressed it promptly. We would recommend this hotel.

This was a comfy and perfect location really close to restaurants and a movie theatre and a five minute drive to downtown. Pizzeria Mod Pizza was located 10 minutes walk away. At the restaurant, the breakfast was nice hot at 7:20.

Overall clean hotel in an extremely clean building so close to restaurants and a large park and Centennial trail nearby. Nice hot and savoury breakfast at 7:20, with good food. Brand-new, top-notch rooms with closets and a great view and fridge, convenient setting. Very professional staff, excellent service.

We had a great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious with separate sleeping and living areas, allowing us to relax comfortably. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a movie theater, restaurants, and other amenities within walking distance. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more vegetarian options.
